Yves Moreau is a French occultist and a member of Obscurité, an independent gang of occultists in France that follows a semi-anarchic structure. He and his gang were called to Brazil following a Paranormal state of emergency decree due to the return of Kian. Yves is seen at the Leone's Mansion after the Ordo Realitas transfers there to continue investigating the Relics of Calamity.

Yves is a white male, having a muscular physique, light eyes, purple hair thrown to the left and tribal tattoos spread across his body. He wears a purple tank top, gray pants held together by a belt and some chains, and a pair of black boots. Yves uses several bracelets and piercings as accessories.
