Volkomenn's Apartment is where Agatha Volkomenn and Ingrid Volkomenn lived. This apartment, no. 31, is on the third floor of an old building[1] located in a neighborhood of less privileged people, almost from the periphery. It is known that the building has seven floors, has no concierge, having only a metal door with intercom on the side,[2] and that its address is: 33 Almirante Genivaldo Mendes Street.
History[]
In the past this place was the scene of serial killings by Ingrid Volkomenn, that left traces of seven different bodies in the bathroom of the house. After Ingrid was arrested, Agatha Volkomenn started to live alone in the house.
During the events of The Paranormal Order, the Order team goes to the place to investigate more about Agatha Volkomenn. They find belongings of Gabriel Opspor in the place and ends up fighting, and killing Olavo Costa and Matias Dennis, in addition of capturing Gabriel, that actually was Agatha, hidden inside the kitchen.
Place[]
The entrance to the apartment 31 has a doorbell next to an old wooden door, which creaks a little when opening. Its interior is a kind of messy studio, formed by a room that has a counter separating the kitchen from the living room and a separate bathroom. It's possible to see a mattress in the corner of this room, an old desk in the middle of the room with several documents, notes and photos thrown on it and a small blue backpack on the side of the table.[3]
