Victor Rott is the detective from the Police Department of the town of Carpazinha. He was responsible for investigating the death of Rafael Montes and the disappearance of his family. He eventually dropped the case due to the local influence of biker gangs. Still, he helped both Team Kelvin and Team H in their arrival at Carpazinha.[1]
Appearance[]
Victor is a black man of short stature, has large brown eyes, short hair and a thin beard. To date, he has been seen wearing a white dress shirt with gray stripes, plus gray pants and black shoes, he was also seen wearing a blue police uniform, with the same type of pants and shoes.
Personality[]
Victor is a very cheerful and outgoing man, making a very quick friendship with people, he also shows to be quite naive, trusting a lot in what other people say to him, being this both a positive and negative point, besides being very fearful, giving up the case of Rafael Montes only by the presence of the gangs and terrified of being on the streets after Thiago lied about a supposed new disease spreading around the world.
