Narrator[1]
The Baker was a secondary character introduced in The Secret in the Woods - Part 2, being a Lusidii and one of the many residents of the Holy Cradle. He worked as the town's baker, producing and distributing bread to the other residents.
His only appearance occurred at the very beginning of the graphic novel when The Gatekeeper, while running to inform The Blacksmith that Ignarii had arrived in the Holy Cradle, bumped into The Baker, knocking him down along with his basket of breads. He ultimately died during the burning of the Dimensions Parasite, perishing in flames along with the Holy Cradle.
Appearance[]
The Baker was a tall and thin man who, like all the inhabitants of the village of Holy Cradle, had grayish skin, completely black eyes, pointed ears, and facial stripes. In his case, these were two symmetrically parallel bands: they started at the top of his head, curving down the sides of his forehead until they reached his eyes, then continuing straight down past his cheeks to his jawline. He wore simple brownish clothes and a medieval hat, which was essentially a tight-fitting brown cap with two white fabric strips hanging down the sides.
Personality[]
The Baker, just like the vast majority of the Holy Cradle's inhabitants, was kind, friendly, gentle, and good-natured. Even after being knocked over by The Gatekeeper and losing his batch of breads, he remained carefree, treating the incident as insignificant to him, smiling in a relaxed manner.
Trivia[]
- The Baker is an exclusive character from The Secret in the Woods - Part 2, having not appeared in The Secret in the Woods or any other season.
