The Gatekeeper

Team H was the name adopted by the group of agents of the Ordo Realitas protagonists of The Secret in the Woods. Initially composed of two veteran agents, Elizabeth Webber and Thiago Fritz, and three rookie agents Joui Jouki, Cristopher Cohen and Cesar Oliveira Cohen, later Arthur Cervero joins the team. This team was assigned to investigate the disappearance of Team Kelvin, who went missing while investigating a group of occultists and a Spiral Symbol in Carpazinha, interior of Rio Grande do Sul.

This denomination was only chosen in the 14th episode of The Secret in the Woods, when Team H was about to enter the Holy Cradle Cavern and complete the mission. This name was chosen with the help of The Gatekeeper, stating that all he can think of when seeing that team was Hope to rid his brothers and the other inhabitants of Holy Cradle from being controlled.

Joui Jouki, Arthur Cervero and Cesar Oliveira Cohen team up with D-Force from Deconjuration to investigate the disappearance of their former partner team, Elizabeth Webber.

After the final events of Deconjuration, Arthur Cervero becomes responsible for leading Team Vultures to find the Relics of Calamity. Joui Jouki joins the team later in the Colosseum ruins.

Appearance

Each member of the team dressed in common clothes, but different from each other: Elizabeth wore a white lab coat and disposable gloves, Thiago wore a gray sweatshirt, Joui wore a red shirt with a high collar and long sleeves, Cesar wore a printed sweater, Cris was wearing a white tank top and Arthur was wearing a leather jacket over a Scoundrel Vultures T-shirt, both sleeveless.

History

The Secret in the Woods

Initially composed of Elizabeth Webber, Thiago Fritz, Joui Jouki, Cristopher Cohen and Cesar Oliveira, the team was sent by the Order to investigate the disappearance of the Team Kelvin and solve the case of Carpazinha, involving the death of Rafael Montes and the disappearance of his family. After exploring the small town, the team comes across the Pequena Carpa Sanatorium, where they find information relevant to the case and creatures they were forced to face. Later, they met a young musician, Arthur Cervero, who, upon seeing the body of Getúlio, a friend of his father Brúlio Cervero, and discovering that there was a creature threatening the bar of Ape Hangers and his gang, goes with his father's gun to help. Cristopher Cohen, in an attempt to protect Thiago Fritz and save him from the great Aracnasite that was taking him, ends up being devoured by several other arachnids, but succeeding in rescuing the son of his old friend, Arnaldo Fritz.

Arthur ends up being recruited by the agents because of his local knowledge of the city and his skill with firearms. After Cristopher's simple funeral, the disappearance of Gregório, one of the Scoundrel Vultures is announced, possibly caused by his rivals, the Haunteds. The team of agents goes to the house of Virgulino Batista in search of information, but they come across members of the Haunted who, after the arrival of the Gaudérios, engage in combat with the agents. However, during the heat of battle, a Old Madman unleashes a powerful creature trapped in the basement of the house, the Carrion. This ends up killing all the gang members, leaving only Arthur and a Haunted as survivors. After a visit to Carpazinha Cemetery, Team H meets at Ape Hangers to review all the information they had acquired so far, deciding, the next day, to follow the map made by Lurdete and Ana Vitória Batista to the forest, where they would eventually find a large city with a medieval appearance, Holy Cradle.

The team is greeted by The Gatekeeper, who guides them through town to the blacksmith shop, where they meet The Blacksmith and The Helper. During the terrible "night" that summons several creatures in the streets of Holy Cradle, the Helper ends up being murdered, leaving the team aware of the existence of a murderer in the city. After meeting some of the inhabitants and spending a night at the Holy Cradle Hotel, the agents set out to explore the Cave with The Miner, with the intention of opening a door that there existed. To the team's surprise, Miner turns out to be their enemy and ends up ripping off Arthur Cervero's arm, but is defeated by the agents with the help of The Gatekeeper, who was hiding there after murdering the Helper as an act of mercy. After the fight, they unlock the door, revealing a room filled with information regarding the five doctors and a past case of Liz and Thiago. Realizing that what they were looking for was at the center of the maze of Holy Cradle and that the only way to get there would be to stick the spiral symbol in his skin, the ex-journalist volunteers, much to the chagrin of Elizabeth, who fears losing the good friend.

At the center of the maze, the team is faced with a series of doors. Joui and Cesar unlock one of them and, inside, in a white room with the Symbol drawn on the wall, they find an elderly man, who identifies himself as Kenan Thomas, one of the members of Team Kelvin, and tells the story of the disappearance of his team. After exploring the place, they come across the Dimensions Parasite, the origin of this city and the team's target to kill. The Blacksmith tries to stop the agents, but is quickly killed. However, the Parasite merges with the corpse of the Luzidio, originating The God of Death, which grabs Elizabeth. Trapped in the monster's hands, Liz feels time running extremely slowly. Days, months, years... 22 years pass without her being able to escape, while everyone around her remains almost frozen, moving slowly. The creature frees Webber and, at Thiago's request, the agents flee the place, while he allows himself to be captured by the God of Death and, heroically, sacrifices himself to destroy the "Holy". The survivors are faced with a Holy Cradle in flames, as well as its inhabitants: a terrifying sight. Their mission complete, the agents return to São Paulo, where they meet Mr. Verity and, to Liz's surprise, Agatha Volkomenn.

Deconjuration

Months after the destruction of Holy Cradle and the loss of agent Thiago Fritz, the team now found itself divided, with each agent focusing on different objectives. Cesar, now known as Kaiser, still felt affected by the loss of his father and the journalist, spent some time reflecting on the situation and programming the S.I.R.C. (Supernatural Irregularities Recognition Central) focused on finding anomalies and new paranormal cases. Arthur, also affected by the last mission, moved to the city of São Paulo with Ivete Beicur and Kaiser, creating, together with Mr. Verity, the base from the "Ape Hangers" bar. Joui, while still close with his friends Arthur and Kaiser, began to work more discreetly and quietly, primarily doing shadow work for the order, spying on Liz during her autonomous investigations. Elizabeth, the most shaken by the situation with her former partner and the time-lock suffered by the God of Death, acted more melancholy and moved away from her companions, then working as an individual agent, consequently being kidnapped by the hitherto mysterious, Escribes.

• Arthur Cervero: Arthur is a guitarist who lost almost all of his family and friends at the hands of the Carrion and ended up joining the team to help them complete the investigation.

• Cesar Oliveira Cohen: Cesar was a reclusive hacker and programmer with difficulties socializing with other people who ended up finding out about virtual demons and the Ordo Realitas on the Deep Web, Cesar had a great knowledge about programming and technology in general.

• Cristopher Cohen: Cristopher was a former stuntman and Cesar's father, he knew of the existence of the paranormal and to keep his family safe he distanced himself from them. Cristopher was strong and protective of everyone on his team, especially Thiago and Cesar.

• Elizabeth Webber: A veteran agent of the Ordo Realitas and another mentor of Joui Jouki, Elizabeth was a forensic scientist, police officer and an intelligent woman with investigative talent, medical and forensic knowledge, being a great investigator .

• Joui Jouki: Joui was a former Olympic gymnast who came into contact with the paranormal by accident, ends up being saved and trained by Elizabeth Webber and Thiago Fritz, joining Ordo Realitas a short time ago after. Joui is an agile, relaxed man who is kind to everyone because of his innocence.

• Thiago Fritz: Veteran agent of Ordo Realitas and one of Joui Jouki's mentors, Thiago was a journalist who had as one of his greatest qualities in investigations his good word, and used it to benefit and protecting her friends, especially Elizabeth, her best friend and former teammate.

• Team H has relations with the number 51 in the death of 3 two of its members, with Thiago aging 51 years at the hands of the God of Death, with Kaiser dying with 51 health points, and Joui with 51 sanity points.
