Signals from the Other Side is the second spin-off season of the series Paranormal Order. It's a tabletop RPG campaign based on the Paranormal Order RPG system. Organized by the streamer, creative director and writer of Enigma of Fear, Cellbit, it stars Alexandre, Chico Albuquerque, Dara Alice Venturini, Guilherme Santos and Lirio Tellini.

The campaign was announced at August 20, 2022, at the end of Revealing The Secret in the Island on Cellbit's Twitch,^[1] having the date announced at October 22, 2022.^[2] This was the second of three spin-off seasons announced, having different story and characters from the main story of Paranormal Order.

The season had 7 episodes, streamed at 6PM BRT of every saturday in Cellbit's Twitch. Besides that, the podcast Transcending made a brief return, continuing to be hosted by Leo Santi.

Introduction[]

Paranormal doesn't come to our reality easily, but things have not always been like this. The year of 1997 is the scene of several cases of disappearance in the south of Minas Gerais, in a farm located in the city of Varminho. The group "The Five", formed by Alexandre, Chico Albuquerque, Dara Venturini, Guizo and Lírio Tellini, investigates the disappearance of their mentor, Morato Vertaler, a hunter who has countless research on the Aliens, mysterious and dangerous creatures. However, something or someone more powerful and unknown may be behind all this.

Trivia[]

One of the main inspirations for Signals from the Other Side is the game Signal Simulator.^[3]
This is the first season of Paranormal Order where all the protagonists already know each other.
This is the only season of Paranormal Order that doesn't have Blood Zombies.
This is the season with fewest deaths of Protagonists/Players Characters.
One of the ideas of the season was to be separated into three parts: the first being in Zucchini Farm; the second being in Antarctica, at a military base, where a dynamic based on The Thing, where one of the players would be randomly chosen to be an impostor and pretend to be an alien at the base; and the third at the TV Varminho's Tower. This idea was discarded because it required a longer production and required a longer delay of the season.^[4]
