The São Paulo Convenience Store is a small store that is very close to the Ordo Realitas Base, having its attendance by an elderly gentleman, who stays all the time at the counter of the store. He sells any product that a common market would sell, such as snacks, gum, breads, and more.[1]
History[]
The store is only seen at the 3rd episode of Deconjuration, during a visit of Kaiser to buy food for the agents after the investigation at the New Dawn Building. There, he has one of his anxiety crises, being helped by Arthur, that was called by Cristal, a girl who was shopping at the scene, who took Kaiser’s cell phone and called Arthur while the hacker was in fetal position, crying on the floor.
After Arthur helps Kaiser, and the two finish their shopping, Kaiser leaves the place annoyed before Arthur finishes paying what was taken. As he exits the door, Kaiser feels observed, and as he looks back, he sees, inside the crack of the store door, an eye, staring at him, with a disturbing vision. The eye has its pupil divided in two, accumulaing water in the lower eyelid, and a tear falls, making the agent immediately associate the driplet that appeared at dawn in his house. After Kaiser blinks, the eye simply disappears, as if nothing had happened. Distraught, the man runs back to the base of the Order in fear.
Trivia[]
- In the only episode the store appears, Arthur buys a gum from the brand Bident, being a parody of the brand Trident.
