Ramiro Torres is a character present in the Brumes of Vento Baixo mission. He is the current administrator of the Returned Angel camping in the Vento Baixo city, assuming this position after the owner and former administrator Venâncio Florbela was attacked by Xilosapien. He is also Marina Torres' brother, where he traveled to camp around the world until the stop in the city. He helps the group of Ordo Realitas agents in investigating the origin of these attacks.[1]
Appearance[]
Ramiro is a tall man with long black hair and beard, brown eyes and a thin appearance. He wears a gray shirt with a van print, beige pants, black sneakers and two bracelets on his left arm.[fn 1]
Personality[]
Ramiro is an extroverted and friendly person, with a high sense of leadership, despite sometimes acting without thinking straight. He acts altruistically, wanting to help people he trusts and wanting the well-being of everyone close to him. He believes that the attacks in the city are caused by a divine punishment from God, believing that the creatures are a kind of madremonte, an extremely vengeful forest spirit, even though he does not understand what could have happened in the city to justify this act.

It is not known since when he does this, but Ramiro frequently travels the world alongside his sister Marina, looking for the best places to camp and enjoy nature. A few months before going to Vento Baixo, Ramiro and his sister meet Santiago Jueves on one of their trips, with the digital nomad starting to walk along with them.
Ramiro, with his sister and Santiago, went to Vento Baixo for a short one-week visit, but the three liked the city so much that they decided to stay longer. During these days, Ramiro meets Venâncio, seeing that he wanted to prove to his family that he was capable of managing the Returned Angel campsite, deciding to help him. A few days before the scheduled departure, the Brumes fog began to spread across the place, thinking it was better to wait for it to dissipate before following the road, without knowing what would happen next.
After the attacks by the Awakened Rootten, Ramiro took over Venâncio's position due to his worsening health, managing the campsite and helping the remaining campers.

Ramiro receives the group of Order agents at the entrance to the camp, where he takes them to the main tent and answers some questions about what is happening.
