Patrizia Leone was one of the leaders of the Famiglia Leone, an Italian mafia that fights the paranormal. She was the mother of Carina and Carla Leone, as well as the wife of Marco Leone, also the leader of the family.
Appearance[]
Patrizia was a tall, elegant woman with short, straight brown hair, green eyes, and a mole on her cheek. She wore a long white dress with light blue accents and a black fur coat with white lining, as well as a necklace with the Leone family crest.[2]

Patrizia was a composed and determined person. She demonstrated her courage and loyalty to her family when, when confronted by Gal and Artemis, she sacrificed herself to keep the Leone secrets safe.[3]

Patrizia Leone's past remains a mystery, what little is known is that at some point she married Marco Leone, becoming one of the leaders of the Famiglia Leone and eventually had two daughters, Carla and Carina Leone.
Calamity[]
During the Escribe raid of the Leone's Mansion, Patrizia was held as a hostage in her office on the second floor of the mansion. She was briefly interrogated by Gal and Artemis, with the aim of extracting information from the matriarch about the password to the Leone vault, but she refused to betray her family and activated a mechanism in her room that triggered several needles with a hallucinogenic poison, hitting everyone present. After removing the needles from their bodies, Gal stabs Ereshkigal into Patrizia's unconscious body, killing her.[3]
Due to having her body exposed to an ambient with a damaged veil, in addition to being affected by the influence of the The Devil, Patrizia's body undergoes a horrific transformation, eventually becoming a Blood Titan,[4] a reddish, muscular creature with large chelicerae. This particular instance had hallucinogenic needles stuck inside its body. This creature ambushes the agents while they treat their injuries in the infirmary next to the office, being eliminated by Antônio Pontevedra, but not before ripping off his right ear, leaving a terrible scar. In its body was the key to open the "Second Pact", revealing the five invitations to "Kian's Game" along with another page from the grimoire of Arnaldo Fritz.[5]

- After her death, Patrizia's appearance was used by Escribes Artemis, in an attempt to deceive Joui Jouki during a battle in the 2nd episode of Calamity.[6]
- Patrizia had a high paranormal exposure. This was discovered by Dante, as in reflecting on why her Blood Zombie was larger than normal, he came to the conclusion that the higher the exposure of a person, the more powerful the creature they became would be.[7]
- Although her paranormal exposure was never confirmed, Gabi confirmed in a live that her and her husband's paranormal exposure was higher than 65%.[8]
