Paranormal Order: Calamity is the fourth season of the series Paranormal Order, sequel of Paranormal Order: Deconjuration.^[1] It's a tabletop RPG campaign based in the Paranormal Order RPG system, created by the master alongside the Skyfall RPG team (Pedro Coimbra and Silvia Sala) and Tormenta 20 team (Felipe Della Corte and Guilherme Dei Svaldi).^[2] Organized by the streamer, creative director and writer of Enigma of Fear, Cellbit, it stars two sides: from the Order side, being Antônio Pontevedra, Arthur Cervero, Carina Leone, Dante, Rubens Naluti and posteriorly Joui Jouki; from Kian's side, being Artemis Deordelin Rodrigues, Boris Lukic, Damir Lukic, Gal and Theodore Bagwell.

The campaign was prior announced in the last episode of Deconjuration, but it was officially announced after the Calamity ARG on August 29, 2021. According to the announcement video, this is the first RPG season of the universe made face-to-face.^[3]

All episodes are streamed at 6PM BRT every Saturday on Cellbit's Twitch. At tuesdays, there's their reprises, also on Twitch, while on thursdays, they're made available on YouTube, in the channel Lives do Cellbit. As an additional of the season, every thursday, at 5PM BRT on Cellbit's twitch, a Q&A podcast about the RPG happens, named Transcending, hosted by Leo Santi.^[4]

Introduction[]

Ten months passed after the return of Kian. No sign of any interference in balance. But a new clue makes Ordo Realitas start acting again. An old case of Arnaldo Fritz, reporting on an entity described as "The Devil", brings together a new team of agents, composed by the small and smart Rubens Naluti, the ex-retired agent Antônio Pontevedra, the promising Carina Leone, daughter of the leader of a paranormal agents italian mafia, and the veterans Arthur Cervero and Dante. Together, they must search deeply through this case while they continue their chase for the power of the Relics of Calamity.

In parallel, Kian, with his own markeds team, also goes after the Relics of Calamity, to complete his plan of destroying the paranormal. The group is led by Gal, composed by the brothers Damir Lukic and Boris Lukic and the cannibals Artemis Deordelin Rodrigues and Theodore Bagwell.

Team Vultures continues the investigation of The Colosseum, now allied to the shadow powers of Joui Jouki. However, as they descend to the door of Semper Clausa, they will have to confront the memories of the past in order to understand the history of the Order of Calamity.

Trivia[]

During the Balela podcast, hosted by Calango and Zero, Cellbit revealed that his original plan for the season was to have 2 episodes a week: one starring the Order team face-to-face, on Saturdays and another starring the Markeds of Kian online, as in other seasons, on Thursdays. This idea was discontinued because it required a lot of work and was humanly impossible.^[5]
