The Paranormal Cases are pre-made Paranormal Order RPG missions, distributed as a reward to pre-order buyers of the Paranormal Order RPG Playbook. It was sent during the book delivery on October 28, 2022 and released digitally on November 1, 2022.
The Cases are four missions, two new missions and two adapted versions of The Crimson Aurora Thorns and Mortal Load, which can be played as separate cases or sequential missions, like several campaigns. With the exception of The Crimson Aurora Thorns, the stories and characters in the campaigns are not canon within the Paranormal Order universe.
Due to several problems involving the cases, such as colorization and delays in delivery, Jambô Editora decided to make two missions extras to compensate.[1]

The Tronco do Oeste city suffers from several disappearances of 6-year-old children overnight after their parents notice strange marks on their backs. Some recruits from the Ordo Realitas are sent to investigate and determine whether the case is a paranormal event or not.

Paranormal trafficking is a reality. A dangerous cursed object catches the attention of Order intelligence, who send a newly formed group of agents to raid a warehouse in the Port of Santos to prevent this item from being transported to São Paulo the next day.

The small town of Aurora has become the scene of a series of mysterious disappearances in the last month. Seven residents, without any kind of connection to each other, suddenly disappeared. After beginning the investigation, police officer Larissa Ribeiro comes across something impossible to explain, resorting to the help of Ordo Realitas to solve this mystery.

The agents wake up in a bed at hospital, without remembering how they got there. After the medical team fails to return, the agents go out to investigate and come across the place transformed by Energy, with former patients and employees reanimated as paranormal creatures.

- Each of the cases has one of the Other Side Elements as its main theme, only with the exception of Fear. Following the order of: Knowledge, Death, Blood and Energy.
