The Opspor Family's Mansion is where Gabriel Opspor lived with his parents, located at 361 Urubuqueçaba Street, in São Paulo. It is a very large residence, with several rooms, being explored during the campaign the boy's room and the living room.

The team, looking for clues about the Nostradamus High School case, heads to the Opspor Mansion after finding that Gabriel, one of the high school kids, was related to the case.
After entering the place, the agents are approached by Victoria Opspor, the boy's mother, in charge of Thiago Fritz to distract the host, using some flirts. Meanwhile, the rest of the team went to Gabriel’s room, finding a large investigation board in which the boy gathered clues about the disappearance of several girls from school. Thus, analyzing the student’s conclusions, the group finds the supposed dismissal of the History teacher, Alexsander Kothe, after accusations of aggression to students. The place was not the scene of a conflict, having been used only for obtaining clues and dialogues with NPCs.
