The Ooze Maggot is a paranormal creature resulting from the junction of the bodies of Patient 21 and Patient 22 after being affected by contacting the Spiral Symbol, being admitted to the Pequena Carpa Sanatorium where they went through the transformation.

Its first appearance was in the 2nd episode of The Secret in the Forest, dragging in circles at the sanatorium's cell 5, where there were marked Spiral Symbols throughout its interior. It was killed by shots fired by Team H, then set on fire with the explosion of a gallon of gasoline.

Appearance

It resembles a huge black maggot, covered in a transparent grayish layer, with a large rounded mouth of pointed teeth. The Maggot is actually two people merged into a single shape, its mouth is formed from the two heads that opened at the top of the skull.

Abilities

• Spiral Hypnosis: When dead, the creature makes everyone around it feel attracted to touching its ooze, if the person falls into hypnosis, it goes into a trance that brings it in a sense of comfort and slowly drives it crazy. Whoever is under the effect of hypnosis, feels a strong desire to draw spirals in the ooze itself.

Patients 21 and 22

Patients, mother and daughter, are obsessed with spirals. They keep whispering and drawing words like "The Five Guardians." " The Cradle" "The Infinite Labyrinth" "Our Holy" and the same drawing without stopping.

If separated, they scream until they are together again.

Doctor advised to give notebooks and writing tools so that they do not use their own blood as ink.

Usually walk in circles and do not show interest in feeding or sleeping.

Dr. Verruckt said to feed forcibly! They are becoming malnourished! If they are attached to each other, we can use force. Patients were relatives of our former employee Doctor Virgulino, who sent his resignation letter in 1917.

Lurdete Batista and Ana Vitória were obsessed with each other, they were drawing spiral symbols and some phrases repeatedly. They, wife and daughter of Dr. Virgulino, the Lunatic Doctor, once visited the Cavern, and due to some event, they were connected to the Holy. When Virgulino noticed the change in behavior of the two, he kept them in the basement of his house where he tried to treat them, until they were discovered by the population of Pequena Carpa who lynched Virgulino and buried him alive in his backyard. After that, they took them to the Pequena Carpa Sanatorium where they lived glued together until their bodies eventually merged after their death and formed a creature of pure Ooze that crawled deep in their cell.
