Nubi[1]
Nubi was an Escribe who grew up at the St. Menefreda Orphanage. She had her first appearance in 6th episode of Deconjuration along with other Escribes who prevented the D-Force's escape.[2] Nubi was in charge of handling the five doctors of Holy Cradle and, after Kian's return as a marked, she traveled to Italy to explore the Ordo Calamitas Ruins. However, she appeared at Leone's Mansion, during a raid along with members of her own Holy Cradle and her brother Gregory.[3]
Nubi ended up dying after having his head exploded by Balu's axe.[4]

Childhood[]
As a child, Nubi had black skin and dark eyes. She had long black hair tied in a bun with a yellow bow. She wore a green shirt, black pants and walked with her stuffed rabbit.[5]
Deconjuration and Calamity[]
Nubi was a black woman, with her hair tied in a ponytail, black eyes, and a black band running down each of her eyes. She had Script tattoos all over her body and had the word "Death" on her forehead. She wore gold jewelry and adornments, most visible on her neck and hair, as well as rings and earrings. Also like the other Escribes, Nubi walked barefoot, wore a kind of black cloak hiding part of her body and had a cane with the head of a golden jackal with a black small Occultist Symbol.[3]

Past[]
Nubi grew up in the Santa Menefreda Orphanage along with the other orphans and used to carry a stuffed bunny with her at all times. On the day of the orphanage fire, those who did not perform rituals would lose the "game" created by The Host in order to kill Kian, where several orphans died in the flames.[6] However, according to Nina reports, some of them, including Gal, Henri and Nubi killed and tortured the girl. Nina also reports that Nubi sucked from her "all my time, all my days, everything I could be was leaking out of me".[7] However, the ritual had an undesired effect, altering Nubi's temporal perception, making his mind perceive the passing of seconds as if they were hours, and his brother Gregory felt the opposite effect. So even though his body is around 20 years old, Nubi's mind has existed for millennia, whereas his brother's has only lived for a few seconds since the 2009 fire.[8]
Nubi was directly related to the Project Holy Cradle, and it was she who instructed Mick Vultz, one of the five doctors involved in its creation and one of Nubi's "Lusidii" more faithful, in the process of establishing such an "isolated society".[9]
Deconjuration[]
Along with the other Escribes, Nubi was present at the St. Menefreda Orphanage when the agents of the Order tried to escape after rescuing Elizabeth Webber.
Calamity[]
After Kian's return as a marked, Nubi was sent along with a few other Escribes to the ancient Ordo Calamitas Ruins, while the rest entered the Domus Aurea. However, she was sent by Kian to Leone's Mansion to panic the Order's agents, accompanied by her brother Gregory, and a group of peculiar Escribes who communicated in an unknown dialect. There, Nubi watches his brother being torn apart by Yuki's swords and, without showing any reaction, walks forward. Arthur tries to shoot Nubi, but she easily dodges the shot. Calmly, she explains to the agents her temporal situation and how only Kian can save her from such a fate, before starting to cast a ritual. Slime oozes from her eyes and mouth, as well as the bodies of her allies, and gathers in a large pool, from which the Sphinx Carrion emerges.[10] Nubi watches the agents' intense battle against his creature and then has his head exploded by Balu's axe.[4]
Trivia[]
- It is possible to perceive several similarities of the effect of Nubi's ritual on Nina with the temporal distortion performed on Liz by God of Death at the end of The Secret in the Woods, but on a smaller scale.[11]

So, from February 11, 2009 to September 9, 2021 (the day of his death) 12 years, 6 months and 29 days have passed approximately. In this way, passing the total number of seconds, multiplying by 2 hours and transforming everything into years, the age of Nubi's mind would be at least 90000 years approximately.
