Noralma Moretti[1]
Noralma Reiziger Moretti was an explorer and historian. She did research together with a group of people until she got involved with the famous painter Constantino Moretti, which formed a couple. The two moved to the Tipora Island after discovering the origin of the paint that the painter used for his arts, building a huge mansion on top of this origin.
Noralma is first mentioned in notes, letters, documents and a photo, found in the 1st episode of The Secret in the Island. After Wanderley Nascimento was affected by the paint effect of the cliff frame, he glimpses the scene in which Tobias F. Conclior and Noralma meet on the cliff behind the mansion.[2] Tobias was under the influence of the painting presented by Constantino, his feelings intensified and, after being rejected after declaring to Noralma, killed her by throwing her off the cliff.[3]

Noralma was a light-skinned woman with tied blond hair and dark eyes. She wore a white turtleneck blouse with a blue blazer and long skirt, along with a leather belt with buckles on her waist.
Biography[]
Past[]
Little is known about her past, but Noralma Reiziger, daughter of Josué de Andrade Reiziger and Fátima of Lurdes Santino, did several investigations with a group of historians, mainly being helped by Elói Abreu. Eventually, Noralma would be hired by the famous painter Constantino Moretti to help in the research on the past of the Moretti family, a family of Italian origin in which most of them were explorers and bon-vivant,[4] who traveled the world in search of new discoveries.[5] Eventually, Noralma would find information about the origin of the paint that Constantino used in his paintings to be linked to the family’s past and to a distant island, 250 kilometers from the coast of Espírito Santo: Tipora. The two traveled to this island, and upon finding out about the origin, they decided to build a huge mansion on top of the origin, so that Constantino could continue using the paint in his paintings.
At one point, Constantino began to fall ill and argue with Noralma frequently, and the servants began to wonder, despite feeling sorry for the painter who was sick and angry. But during this time, Noralma continued to help the mansion staff with various house chores or writing lessons, the latter being mainly with Tobias F. Conclior, one of the masons. This worker nurtured a loving feeling for her, and not being reciprocated during the influence of the paint led to a fight between the two on the cliff behind the house, which ended with Tobias knocking Noralma off the cliff and causing her to have severe injuries that led to her death.[3] Suddenly, at the age of 35 on October 14, 1964, her death was found by accidental fall from a high height, resulting in an exposed fracture of the femur, rupture of internal organs and possible head trauma. The body was collected by the officials of the mansion, and was buried in the cemetery of Tipora Island.[6]
The Secret in the Island[]
Decades after her death and abandonment of the mansion, a new family, the Florence begin a temporary stay in the Moretti's Mansion, and in the middle of the night, Amelie Florence while alone, comes across a painting depicting a figure with a vaguely human face concealed by a veil painted melted. After a while staring at the painting as it intensified her feelings, Amelie feels a shiver in her spine, and begins to cry nonstop as a void takes over. When looking back, she comes across a "spectrum" wearing a wedding dress and a veil, which slowly approaches and leaves her in a state of panic, convulsing on the floor on the verge of insanity.[7]
According to notes left by the former workers, this would be a manifestation of the soul of Noralma Moretti who had been trapped in the painting, thus haunting everyone like a figure in the mansion.
