Noelle Aries is a French occultist and member of the Obscurité, an independent gang of occultists in France that follows a semi-anarchic structure. She and her gang were called to Brazil following a Paranormal state of emergency decree due to the return of Kian.

Noelle is a white woman, with dark eyes, hair dyed green tied in a ponytail and shaved on the sides and green eye shadow, as well as several tribal tattoos spread across her body. She wears a blue vest with metallic shoulder pads over a gray tank top, a belt and several chains wrapped around it, plus pants and a pair of black boots. Noelle uses various bracelets and piercings as accessories.
