Memoflygian^[1]

The Memoflygian is a paranormal creature of Knowledge with complement of Energy, ^[2] belonging to a group of creatures named Aliens, being from the category Psychonic.^[3]

Its first appearance was in the 3rd episode of Signals from the Other Side, while Chico communicated with the creature through a command prompt on the computer at the treehouse at Zucchini Farm, approaching like a Voytek's illusion,^[4] soon showing his true form after Chico asked to see it.^[5] After Chico said that his team was listening to the entire dialogue with the creature, it puts its fingers on the Specialist's head, leaving him on the verge of madness.

It reappears at the Brotto's Gas Station computer, talking to Dara through another command prompt. It was ambushed by Lírio and Guizo together, who, with teamwork, managed to defeat the creature.^[6]

Appearance[]

The Memoflygian is a floating being with bizarre, semi-transparent skin, a very thin body and extremely elongated and twisted arms and legs. On its face, also transparent, are several green eyes, as if its head were a film around these eyes.

Behavior[]

This Alien has the ability to read its targets' memories and all their thoughts, being able to use them against them. As long as this target is not completely alone and is trustworthy, the Memoflygian will not appear physically, only creating illusions^[4] and communicating through its signals.

It is possible to identify an environment inhabited by a Memoflygian if these characteristics are identified:

Malfunctioning of electronics at specific times;
interference of captured mysterious transmission signals (radio/TV);
Visual hallucinations.

Unless this creature is alone with the victim and the victim is trustworthy, the Memoflygian will not manifest physically. When this happens, there will be a chance to "ambush" it by placing all nearby electronic devices in the same room, making it impossible for it to "jump" away. However, the more devices are damaged or broken, the more concentrated and powerful Memoflygian will become, thanks to the fewer sources of its transmission. If all devices are broken, it will be transferred to another location and will not be defeated.

The Alien is not capable of understanding emotions and feelings.^[7]
