The Marks are mysterious paranormal entities that choose individuals to connect with through Fear. These individuals, named Markeds, are the most dangerous and powerful beings in the Paranormal Order universe, capable of connecting with Fear and summoning it directly into Reality.
The people chosen by these Marks are free from the chains that form the rules of Reality and weave destiny, which allows them to change even the Other Side itself.[1] Besides that, a Mark allows its Marked to use the Relics of Calamity, making them able to get an equal power to 100% paranormal exposure.[2]
Marks and Elements[]
While the Marks are strongly linked to Fear, it is possible that a Marked may eventually be chosen by one of the other 4 elements. This allows them to provide a bridge of connection between an individual and their Mark. However, not everyone who has been marked by the same Mark will necessarily be chosen by the same element.
Upon transcending with 50% paranormal exposure, the element used to connect the Marked to their Mark manifests with specific abilities and advantages coming from it, as well as its physical modifications.
Players and Marks[]
It is known that every player has their Mark. It does not change for each character, being passed from one to the other when new characters arise due to the death or loss of control of the previous ones. Thus, all those controlled by the same player consequently have the same Mark.
It is worth mentioning that 2 characters can have the same Mark at the same time, in the case of Dante and Thiago Fritz and the case of Luciano Carvalho and Cristopher Cohen.
The Marks are equivalent to entities of the Other Side that players have complete control over, so only each player knows the goals and wills of their Mark.
In addition, this Mark allows the player to transmit information to his character through transcending. Because it is inherited from character to character, the Marked before the current of the same Mark can transmit information to the recent Marked, also through transcending.[3]

All the known Markeds until now[]
According to the Paranormal Order RPG's Playbook: "All stories are about the Markeds." Additionally, it is known that the Markeds are characters "free from the chains of Reality."
Therefore, there are few exceptions of characters played by players who are not Markeds in the Order universe. For example, Mariana Larona, The Helper, and Miguel Cariad are special guest characters where a script was followed by their players. As a result, they don't perfectly fit the Markeds' context and need new information for confirmation.
However, it is important to emphasize that, as Cellbit once said, "all player characters are Markeds, but not every Marked is a player character."
Below is the list of all characters that fit the context of the Markeds in Order Paranormal.
