Lucio Olani was one of the protagonist of the Paranormal Order series, present in Gruesome Christmas.^[2]

Lucio was a youtuber trying to make his vlog channel finally rock, where he kept an unbreakable bond, or almost, with his dog Joto, who accompanied him in the Goodwill Moon's Camp.

Lucio ended up getting behind while trying to run away from Jae in the Eclipse Cabin, being stabbed in the neck and belly multiple times until his death after revealing the identity of the figure by dropping their hood.

Appearance[]

Lucio was a man of fair skin, brown eyes and messy hair of the same color. He wore a white coat with golden buttons shaped like bear heads and a black shirt underneath, and black pants with yellow stripes along with classic sneakers. In addition, he wore a pair of pink lenses rounded-glasses and held a camera with a tripod in one hand that recorded his adventures.

Personality[]

Lucio was a determined, communicative, charismatic and enthusiastic person. Although a bit dreamy, his passion for producing content was evident. He had a certain stripped way and, sometimes, for others, a little inconvenient, since he took advantage of every situation minimally interesting to "vlog". Lucio also proved to be a true animal lover, taking care of Joto, his puppy, with great affection and even prioritizing the welfare of the dog even in situations of risk to himself. In addition, Lucio was quite brave when he tried to confront and calm the raged dogs, even if it hasn't been successful.

Lucio Olani is a charismatic and energetic content creator, who tries with great dedication and passion to make his vlog channel finally conquer the audience. But what really stands out Lucio in the creators' crowd is the constant presence of his little and lovely companion, Joto.

However, the relationship between Lucio and Joto goes beyond a simple partnership for the channel; it is an unbreakable bond, or almost, that will accompany them in the Goodwill Moon's Camp.

Gruesome Christmas[]

On December 21, 2022, Lucio takes a bus to São Paulo while recording vlogs for his YouTube channel. However, he and 5 other people on the bus, find themselves mired in the road in front of the Goodwill Moon's Camp, in Inquisidor do Vale, Paraná. With no way out and the sudden disappearance of the bus driver, Lucio and the other passengers decide to go to the camp to seek help. Breno becomes nervous when he notices a sign that says that there were many disappearances on the site, but he follows the group.

After Lucio Mike come across raged dogs, he and the rest of the passengers run to the big house in the camp and lock themselves inside. Melissa tries to call the police and gets attended, hearing that the emergency service would send a car to the site to make the rescue of the passengers. The group explores the house and everyone realizes that it was well preserved and tidy for Christmas festivities. They find gifts and a Christmas tree mounted next to a fireplace with a large portrait of a young woman with a glazed and macabre look, wearing a blood-stained dress. Meanwhile, Lucio and Mike climb up the second floor, observing some terrific portraits on the walls. In addition, Lucio takes the opportunity to change his clothes, putting a boxer shorts. It doesn't take long and the deputy Aguiar arrives to help the group. The deputy tells them to stay safe inside the house while he makes a patrol of the surroundings. Some time later, a bang is heard by all and the light of the house is then turned off.

Lucio and the others become afraid and look for the control panel of the house to check if it is possible to turn on the lights again. However, when they open the back door looking for that panel, they see a hooded figure with a big red "X" floating in front of the face. They know, they need to find the key to unlock the doors that have now all been locked. The figure was lurking, hidden, waiting to be found before the key.

The group begins their desperate search for the keys in the house, with Lucio putting Joto inside the stove of the house to protect him and going up the floor with Mike and Jorge, but not succeeding in the investigation. In this, everyone hears a scream from Ayla. The young woman found the killer, who jumped out of a closet and stabbed her with everything. Not caring much to help the girl, the three continue their search upstairs when Mike finds a set of keys inside one of the pockets of the pool table in the game room. Desperate to escape, Mike throws Lucio’s camera on the floor and encourages them to jump from the mezzanine to downstairs. Lucio tries to follow the two, who fall perfectly on the ground without damage, but he doesn't and breaks a rib when falling downstairs. So the three run to try to open the doors of the big house with the key set, not succeeding at the front door, but getting through the kitchen door, opened by Breno.

They then leave the house, meeting in front of the place, but with mixed feelings: the sadness of Melissa and the heated discussion of the boys after seeing the horrible scene of the figure murdering Ayla. Without thinking twice, the five survivors follow in a dark direction from the camp, finding another cabin. They see, behind it, a kind of generator, with a manual how to turn on. In the indecision of what to do with the device, they hear once again the request for silence, as if the figure was lurking them in the shadows. The group then divides: Lucio and Mike stay in the generator, while Breno, Melissa and Jorge go in the other direction, finding a kind of mini-camp and in it, the valve for the generator. During this time, Lucio and Mike stay talking and trying to fix the generator on their own, until Mike takes a shock from the generator and a sneaky stab from the figure.

The group meets again, and with the help of the valve found in the mini-camp, they turn on the generator of the cabin. Going up the stairs, they try to break down its door, but eventually, they think about using some of the keys from before, managing to open it. As they enter, the figure once again lurks in the shadows, striking Lucio from behind. Once again, they ask for silence, as if she mocks the group. They are just a joke to him. The group enters the cabin, finding an anti-inflammatory, and Melissa goes straight to the phone calling the emergency service to send more cars. However, unhappy that only the deputy Aguiar is available, she curses the person on the other side and hangs up in the face. The group waits for a while inside the cabin, until they hear the police siren. Through the window, they see the car parked next to them. Breno and Jorge leave the cabin and walk towards the car. And meanwhile, the sound of the silence request... but not outside.

The killer comes out of one of the cabinets, surprising Mike, Lucio and Melissa. As Mike was lying in bed, he started the escape at a severe disadvantage. While the other two were shooting out of the cabin, the figure reaches the pizza delivery man and brutally kills him. Lucio and Melissa leave the cabin and run towards the deputy, involving Breno and Jorge in the escape. The killer approaches the youtuber and Melissa, but the girl manages to open a greater distance and the figure jumps on top of Lucio, grabbing him and wrapping their legs in his body. She quickly passes the knife through the youTuber’s neck, who feels his muscles retract, trying to stop the bleeding. At the same time, the figure moves, but Lucio tries to get out of it, making the hood of the figure stand up for a moment, revealing the face of someone young, with Korean features on their face. He shouldn't have done that. Because of this, the figure stabs him multiple times to finish her service.

Abilities[]

Animal Partner: Lucio can understand the intentions and feelings of animals, and can use Tame to change their attitude. In addition, he has a best friend, an animal that grew up with him and for which he has deep attachment, this being Joto. He counts as an ally that provides +2 in a skill of Lucio’s choosing.

Effort: When taking a skill test, Lucio can spend 1 DP to get +2 on that test.

Tough: Lucio receives +4 HP.

Relationships[]

Joto: Lucio and Joto are almost always together, with Lucio preferring to carry him in his lap than let him walk alone most of the time, however, Lucio is not overprotective, seeing no problems in leaving Joto in the care of strangers. Lucio clearly cares a lot about Joto, always putting his dog’s safety and well-being in front of his, such as when during a chase against a killer, Lucio decided to seek Joto in his hiding place, and seeing that he had disappeared, showed great sadness and a clear change of behavior.

Mike: Lucio and Mike, although they had known each other for a few hours, already showed a certain degree of friendship, making jokes and relaxed comments even during a dangerous situation, and when the group decided to split, Lucio and Mike always decided to walk together as a pair.

Trivia[]

Lucio's appearance was inspired on his own player, T3ddy, who decided to make it look like him so that his audience would recognize him more easily, since his content type is different from the RPG one.^[3]
- His name, Lucio Olani, is also inspired by the real name of T3ddy, Lucas Olioti.
The glasses used by Lucio are of the same model as the glasses that T3ddy wore in his videos, being known as the "Like glasses".
