The Igneus Station is a paralell station to the Glacius Station mentioned in the 1st episode of Quarantine and that first appeared in the 2nd episode. The station is responsible for the scientific research of the Main Product, a different experiment from I-413, conducted by Panacea Industries.
History[]
Igneus Station, as well as Glacius Station, was built to research and defeat Nidere, with the Igneus Station being the center of operations and the Glacius Station the center of research and development of the "weapons" that would be used for the combat. It is in this station that the researches and documents made/gathered in relation to the creature are found. The directors also met in this station to evaluate the progress of the mission.
The station was abandoned by the Panacea leaders as the collision of Nidere and I-413 was approaching. While the Glacius employees would serve as part of the Infecticide, being contaminated, the Igneus workers were hung on poles and served as bait to lure the creature. When activating the emergency protocol at Glacius Station, the energies of the two stations are turned off, needing to restart the generator at both locations.
Currently the station is destroyed, having several holes in the ceiling due to the monster’s attacks and snowstorms, having the employees' bodies scattered all over the place.

It is a metal tower 10 to 15 meters high, appears to be very old, presenting rust. The way to reach the room at the top of the tower is a very precarious external staircase, coming to have a few steps missing. The radio station has a large metal door and several windows, but many of them are broken, allowing snow to enter the room. Inside there are some iron shelves, almost empty, an oven/heater; a table with some kitchen instruments; a bed and, in the center of the room, some electronic equipment and the radio station. This radio can be used to contact other members of the Panacea Industries to activate protocols that would need external help, being cited in the Procedure Manual.
The radio tower shares the same power source as both Igneus and Glacius stations, depending on the generators of the same to function. However, even after the power return communication with the rest of the Panacea is not possible due to a problem with the antenna, requiring someone to manually hold it. Stored in this place, there’s some oil lamps, a map of Igneus Station and a note signed by janitor Pete.
Entrance[]
The construction is quite large and can be seen from afar even in the middle of blizzard, the path to the entrance is covered with wooden boards to facilitate movement; its surroundings are filled by poles with the corpses of scientists working on it. Unlike Glacius Station, Igneus has one floor and is on the ground floor, so the entrance is just a green metal door that leads directly into a type of reception with 3 possible paths. The "reception", like most of the locals there, is covered in blood; on the left there is the door leading to the dormitories and the Panacea symbol on the wall, on the right there are some closets with clothes and the door to the power room, forward a corridor leading to the meeting room.
Corridors[]
Most of the rooms are not directly connected to each other, much of the station consists of several corridors that connect and surround the rooms. They are dark and the only things besides blood and bodies that are in them are scattered boxes, barrels, power panels, lost belongings and heaters/heating system.

The room is locked, being only possible to access with the access cards belonging to the directors. Although it was created as a safe place, the room is also covered in blood. It appears to be more comfortable than the other rooms, having a large round table in the center, with a large red button in the middle and surrounded by chairs; a sofa and a desk are leaning against the right wall, along with some bookcases packed with books; another sofa and a cupboard can be seen on the left wall, along with some equipment, which appear to be a communication system, and another exit door; the front there is a TV with some pictures and a control table just below.
On the shelves there are stored several documents, gathered by Panacea, in relation to the creature they are trying to exterminate. There's a collection of legends, books of local culture and folklore, and a large document gathering various more direct information about Nidere (notes on Nidere) containing some evidence of ancient records of the being, indicating that the creature exists for generations.
Inside the lockers there was a ring, which was noted in the documents cited above, and another one of the antidote gloves of I-413. The ring emits a strange energy, being described as paranormal, and having the face of the "wolf"; once placed the ring attaches itself to the finger and connects the wearer to the creature.
The television shows, what it seems to be, some of Panacea’s failed attempts to weaken Nidere, being them: T-66, Taurus, Terminator, Mimic and Leshen; all lost to the creature until the most recent attempt, I-413 that can weaken the being enough to be captured.
On a bulletin board there are hung several papers with notes, the main two notes being: one being a conversation between Dr. Richard Hegg, talking about his concern with leaving the place alive, since for the infected to remain strong it would be necessary to fire the area, being answered by Dr. Alice Cruzes calming him and saying that nothing of the kind would happen; another note follows the same format, being a "conversation" between Dr. Cook Rocher and Alice Cruzes, but Dr. Rocher is French and his notes aren't understood by the group. By the response of Alice, it is possible to interpret a concern of him with the interest of Micael Cruzes with the monster.
There are several documents scattered across the floor, one of them, which was found by Diego, is a procedure manual, containing detailed instructions on how to perform various important protocols.
Currently the room has a large hole in the ceiling, since Nidere dug a hole to enter, after smelling a specific perfume (probably created to attract him) and with the furniture turned.

Energy Room
The energy room can be accessed by a corridor connected to the reception, a passage connected to the janitor’s room and the corridor between the reception and the meeting room or an entrance leading out of the station. The room has 4 lockers, 3 generators, a large panel and various electrical equipment; it is in this room that one of the 2 buttons responsible for restarting the generators are located, the other being in the Glacius Station and being necessary to press them simultaneously. In addition to the buttons, to reconnect the power, it is necessary to connect some of the electrical cables of the panel, something done by Diego and Jeffrey. After the power shutdown, Pete heads to this room, where he hides for a while, until he is found by the group of subjects and taken by the creature. The body of the other janitor of the place, Ramon, is also in place, being possible to find his notebook, with the instructions of the handling of the equipment, in his body.
Dormitories[]
The keys to the dorm were in the possession of janitor Pete, being taken over by the group after his death. The dormitory is destroyed, the reason for the roof falling is not specified; it could be either because of the monster, who can break the roof easily, or because of a snowstorm mentioned by Carol, who was in the dorm when it happened. The debris from the roof fell and pushed the staff bunks, creating a large snow-covered pile where Carol is found. She hid in the room to avoid being tied to the posts like the other scientists but ended up getting stuck due to the sudden fall of the ceiling. Some resources such as energy, a mysterious key and a crowbar can be found. Although the place is covered with debris it's possible to see that the place is huge, the various bunk beds indicate that a lot of employees slept there. It is also perceptive that even before the collapse, the place is not very comfortable, the beds are precarious, there are few lockers and no kind of division; the whole room has dark colors, the pipe is all exposed and the metal furniture looks rusty.
Janitor's Room[]
A small, messy room, with posters on the walls and furniture in the corners. Pete used the place to plan his strategies and store his belongings and evidence.

The Dining Hal is destroyed, with tables and boxes scattered around the place. Together with a kitchen, the place has corpses in the corners and a furnace leaning against one of the walls alongside posters.
