Goliath Strach is a secondary character, present in Enigma of Fear, being the son of Abraham and Andrea Strach, grandson of Thiana and nephew of Yuri.

During Mia and Lupi's investigation at the Strach Mansion, some clues about Goliath’s life are found, showing that he is another victim of his own family. They find his room in a deplorable state, showing the terrible conditions and physical and mental that Goliath was.

Appearance[]

Goliath has short reddish-brown hair, appearing in the family portrait with a white shirt. Moreover, he cannot see, after having his eyes gouged out by his father.

Personality[]

Goliath is a troubled boy who grew up in the dark environment of the Strach Mansion and is subjected to various mistreatment and abuse, which makes him extremely repressed. However, he is passionate about music and art.

Biography[]

By being born in the Strach Family, there was a great expectation in Goliath to fulfill the "Purpose of the Strachs". However, this was not his reality, and therefore he suffered a lot in the hands of his father who controlled his routine, forced him to work and subjected him to various types of abuse, both physical and psychological. Abraham even tore out Goliath's eyes, leaving him blind. And because of this, he was left with only the comfort of music coming from his grandmother’s room.

Goliath had an alarm that activated every day at 4 AM and was obsessed with drawing eyes, with the walls of his room being filled with them, as well as papers with drawings of eyes scattered on the floor.

Relationships[]

Abraham Strach: Abraham saw his son as a failure, weak and useless, after realizing that he was not worthy to fulfill the "Purpose of the Strachs". Therefore, he even tears his son’s eyes out, referring to him as "filthy mole".

Thiana Strach: Goliath had a great admiration for his grandmother and the songs she played.

Andrea Strach: Unlike Abraham, Andrea had a lot of affection for her son, and says they would always be connected, due to the common passion for art.

Yuri Strach: Little is known about the relationship of the two, but it is known that Yuri felt a lot of anger because of the alarm clock of Goliath.

Goliath has two songs called: ”Goliath” in its monstrous version and "Goliath Strach's Theme".
