The Front Real Estate Company is a company used as front to connect occultist groups involved in several cases investigated by Ordo Realitas. This organization is present in the seasons Paranormal Order: Deconjuration and The Secret in the Island.
The group was first mentioned in newspaper clips found inside Elizabeth Webber's apartment at the New Dawn Building, another dissolved occultist group correlated to the Front Real Estate Company.[1]
History[]
Little is known about its origin, however the involvement of this organization with paranormal activities is increasingly present over the years, being one of its main activities, connect and assist isolated occult groups in completing their goals and hiding activities connected to the paranormal. Taking advantage of its business influence, it attracts its victims to use them as paranormal experiments by the other groups, directly affecting the weakening of the veil.
It's known that in 2022, during the events of The Secret in the Island, two agents from Ordo Realitas use the Front Real Estate Company's name as disguise to analyze something paranormal inside Tipora's island.
Involved[]
Álvaro Augusto[]

Álvaro Augusto, born in 1962, little is known about his past. Possibly involved in the occultist world from an early age, established himself as a respected professor at an important university in São Paulo, government registration records indicate that he was associated with a real estate company, but provided service as an educator, and later, as principal of Nostradamus High School.[2]
In 2005, Álvaro was a university professor and lived in the Blue Condominium in Canadense, at the 11 Street, house 28, right in front of the Devilish Mansion, where today lives Janaina Flom and her husband, along with her two sons, Eduarda and Tim Flom.[3]
In 2019, Álvaro initiated a series of kidnappings of his students, leading them to an underground bunker, accessible only by the school library, where they would be tortured and eventually murdered, weakening the Veil of the place until its true goal could be realized, a Body Transference Ritual, involving Álvaro and Anthony Scelto[4], all this according to a bigger plan architected by Virgílio[5], a man with whom the principal exchanged several correspondences regarding his goal.
To speed up the completion of the preparations, Álvaro hires and introduces three new teachers to the Occultism, Olavo Costa, geography teacher, Matias Dennis, math teacher and Alexsander Kothe, history teacher, all with the same goal, attract more students through remedial classes. By refusing to participate in the atrocities that occurred there, Alexsander has his memory erased through a ritual, to avoid future interference.
Álvaro kidnapped and tortured four of his students; Evelyn Orlando, Fernanda Pinto, Julia Correia and Lina Kunsti, to complete his preparations and at the end of January 2020, just before committing suicide, Álvaro sends a final correspondence to Virgílio, claiming to have succeeded in achieving his goal.[6]
New Dawn Building Occultists[]

The New Dawn Building was the first place and contact with the occultist group, being D-Force the responsible team to investigate the disappearance and to try to find Elizabeth Webber.
The occultists in the group are made up of normal people who are only sadists, with most of them having an arrogant and psychotic attitude. Everyone wears yellow raincoats that are constantly covered in the blood of the people they torture.[7]
These occultists act at an unknown time, torturing and dissecting people for their will. They are located in a building called New Dawn, managed by Front Real Estate Company, in an old apartment that was not very busy because of its depredated and sinister state. The syndic and leader of the cult, Sidney Souza, uses with his disciples the garage, which was always under renovation, and mysteriously was never finished, discovering after that it was a place intended for human torture, mainly of homeless people of the city.[8]
They used these homeless people to fight Blood Zombies, being tortured physically and psychologically, and even leaving them in enough situations for the transformation into Zombies.[9] Survivors of such atrocities were taken to trucks where they ended up in the hands of Escribes, that turned them into Existeds seeking the so-called Markeds.[10]
The suspicious attitudes of the building caught the attention of the investigator Elizabeth Webber, who decided to place herself in the place and, after some time, finally went to try to research deeper. However, only in a short time she was kidnapped by the cult members. Eventually, it was discovered that her fellow officer and apprentice, Gustavo Dohmer, was also kidnapped by them.
The cult was eventually dissolved when a team from Ordo Realitas, composed by Arthur Cervero, Beatrice Portinari, Erin Parker, Fernando and Luciano Carvalho, Kaiser, Tristan Monteiro and Joui Jouki, was sent looking for the missing agent. At the end of the mission, all occultists were eliminated, along with the creatures generated and guarded by the cult. One of the homeless was also saved by the members of the Order, Jeremias.
Escribes[]

The St. Menefreda Orphanage was the first contact place of the occultist group, being D-Force the responsible team to investigate the disappearance and to try to find agent Elizabeth Webber, that wass transferred to it.
Its place of origin is unknown, but it is believed that the group was created more than 4000 years ago, like a band of bloodthirsty warriors known as Escribes that marked on their bodies tales of their invasions and terrible massacres, feeling that, somehow, this gave them more strength, which really happened because they were concentrating all that fear in the Paranormal, which would repay them with power. They were led by a man known as Gal-Sal, the most bloodthirsty of the group.[11]
A kind of Cult of Knowledge emerged thousands of years ago that idolized Kian, the first occultist of the history. According to Mr. Verity himself, he had finally defeated this group when Kian was "killed" eighteen years ago, but recently they returned with all the forces, now led by Gal, the Realizer of Destiny, consisting of a faction of hooded people with their bodies covered by tattoos that tell horror stories and final words of famous people, all in different languages. Like Gal, who is blindfolded all the time, these occultists also seem to be blind, with whitish eyes, a clear sign of blindness. One of the bases where these occultists work is the Saint Menefreda Orphanage, where they take human shipments to perform rituals.
Besides St. Menefreda Orphanage, the group also acts at Canadense in the Blue Condominium. Place that where is located the Devilish Mansion, managed by Front Real Estate Company, this mansion is known as a haunted house after the disappearance of its four residents, two of them being the adoptive parents of Leonardo Gomes. The site is visited by the Ordo Realitas team, D-Force, during an investigation into Leonardo’s past and his connection to the Escribes.
In the underground of the Devilish Mansion, there are the Passage Corridors, consisting of a series of interconnected corridors forming a kind of labyrinth leading to the Passage Hall, located in the sewers below the Devilish Mansion, being that Tirigan's house and one of the Escribes' bases.[12]
With Kian's returnal as a Marked, this cult aims only at one goal: to execute the Calamity, an event which will cause nothing to have even existed and will only be completed when Kian kills everyone that knows about the existence of the Paranormal.[13]
Moretti's Mansion[]

The Moretti's Mansion, present at the mysterious Tipora Island, located 250 kilometers from the coast of Espírito Santo, where famous brazilian painter Constantino Moretti and his wife Noralma Moretti lived before they both mysteriously disappeared years ago. After this disappearance, the place was unoccupied for about 20 years and keeps numerous secrets.
In 2022, the mansion was visited by the Florences so the patriarch of the family, Montel Florence, could analyze the works left in the place by the painter. Along with them, a supposed real estate agent was hired, Cavalcante Bueno, also from this real estate company, so that it would be auctioned some time later.[14] However, Cavalcante actually was an Ordo Realitas agent disguised as a real estate agent, that came to analyze if there was something paranormal in the island. Along with him, days later, Wanderley Nascimento, his partner, arrives.
Characteristics[]
Little is known about the leaders of this organization and their goals, however it is noticeable that the Front Real Estate Company acts in order to connect occult practices and camouflage activities hitherto unknown through the use of routine real estate services activities. But in general, the company acts as a source of veil weakening for occultist groups.
