Francisco Oblito[2]
Francisco Oblito, whose original name is Tobias Felipe Conclior,[3] is a resident from Tipora, where he works as a priest. Tobias was one of the former employees of the Moretti's Mansion, working as a mason. During his work, he fell in love with Noralma Moretti, Constantino Moretti's wife. Upon being rejected, he caused a fight against her, which eventually resulted in her accidental death. To forget the murder of the woman he loved, Tobias ended up changing his name, and using the letters of his original name, Francisco Oblito was created.
Francisco first appeared in the 2nd episode of The Secret in the Island, when Bartô was taking Milo to Návia's house.[4] Some time later he appears interacting with the characters asking for Amelie to put some clothes over her bikini.[5]
Appearance[]
Francisco is an old man with white hair and a long beard. He wears a black cassock and wears a pair of black boots. He uses as an accessory a golden cord with a crucifix pendant.
Personality[]
Francisco appears to be a man faithful to his belief, and whenever he interacts with someone, he reinforces everyone to have faith in God. He seems to be very nervous when exposed to situations that go against his faith, besides being extremely altered to see the picture of the death of Cavalcante, shouting Constantino’s name in a condemning way.

Past[]
Tobias F. Conclior was born in an unknown year. In one decade, he was hired by Constantino Moretti for the construction of his mansion in Tipora Island, as mason. During his time working, he ended up taking writing classes with Noralma Moretti, the painter’s wife. Tobias eventually developed feelings for Noralma, and believed that she also had the same for him. So he wrote a letter to her, asking them to meet at the cliff behind the house.
When Noralma arrives, Tobias declares to her, but Noralma ends up rejecting him, which frustrated Tobias’s feelings and, by influence of the paint of the cliff's painting, made him go towards her. After the two disengage, Tobias ends up knocking Noralma off the cliff, causing her death in 1964. In an attempt to forget the murder of the woman he loved, he ended up changing his name, and using the letters of his original name, Tobias ended up creating Francisco Oblito.
The Secret in the Island[]
Day 2[]
Francisco was on the island, organizing the church barbecue along with Maíra Suna and Davi Pomar. During the event, he was brooding over the bikini Amelie was wearing, calling her a sinner and asking her to put something on top. He would be removed by Maíra soon after.
Day 4[]
Francisco was at the church along with all the other people on the island for the rally organized by Evandro, on the case of the murder of Cavalcante Bueno. Together with Evandro and Maíra, he began to accuse Bartô of being the murderer and that he was the main cause of the terrifying things of the last days of the island. But after Barnabé stood up against them and removed the cloth that covered the painting that depicted the scene of Cavalcante’s death, Bartô was out of control, attacking Evandro. After people managed to control Bartô, Francisco also lost control, becoming frightened and fainting, while shouting the name of Constantino. He would be treated by Návia, along with Wanderley and Maíra, being put to rest in his bed.
Day 5[]
During the attack of the paranormal animals on the island, Francisco was in the church, preparing a mass, when suddenly one of the Infected Dogs invaded it. He was frightened by the creature, but it ignored him, going for the locked door of his house. Upon seeing Wanderley and Vagner entering and slaughtering the animal, he became increasingly confused, but was taken to the police station by Vagner.
Later, after the attack, Francisco returned to the church to guard himself with the others.
Day 6[]
During the last day in the island, Francisco was seen in the church trying to help Bárbara and Milo and the visitors to enter the church to protect themselves from external dangers. After the appearance of the creature, the priest managed to escape the site by protecting himself in the house of Návia Eiland.
Day 7[]
At dawn, at the end of the conflict, Francisco and the other survivors flee the island, with the help of the agents of the Order.
