The Famiglia Leone is a large and wealthy family that controls Italy’s largest chain of refrigerators as a front while acting as a paranormal investigator mafia, previously led by Marco Leone, having its base of operations located in Rome at Leone's Mansion.
Famiglia Leone diverted some of his resources to assist Ordo Realitas in the events of Calamity. The family has several agents trained and involved with the paranormal (this being the focus of the organization), such as Carina Leone and Carla Leone, her sister.[1]

Famiglia Leone is a proud organization that values the loyalty and honor of the family above all, always carrying with it and exposed the coat of the family, a golden lion with 7 tips, and mostly using a shade of cyan, whether in his hair - as Carina - or in details of their clothing and accessories - such as Antonella and Giuseppe. In the Leone Mansion there is a safe of Arnaldo Fritz, which has several documents related to the paranormal and was opened with a combination found with black light on one of the pages of the grimoire of Arnaldo Fritz.[2][3]

Calamity[]
Famiglia Leone sent five members of their family to Brazil to assist Ordo Realitas in preventing Kian from carrying out the Calamity. The selected agents were Carla and Carina Leone, daughters of the family leaders, as well as their uncle and cousins, Giuseppe, Antonella, and Fabrizio Leone.
After receiving a call from Carina revealing the password to the safe of Arnaldo Fritz protected by the family, their base is invaded by Gal and his Escribes. After Gal breaks his disguise at the entrance of the mansion, the escribes enter the mansion and begin to spread throughout the site, starting a bloody fight that culminates in the death of all family members present at the site. After Kian, Gal and the escribes hear noises coming from the entrance of the mansion, they go to the site and find Joui Jouki, already without the control of Sect of the Masks. Several unknown escribes are killed together with Rana, who opened a portal for Gal and the other escribes to escape. The various bodies left behind, both Occultists and family members, exposed to the thick fog began to slowly turn into Blood Zombies.[4]
Upon returning to her home, Carina Leone finds a terrible scene as she witnesses the results of the massacre and, as she goes deeper into her base, searching for the bodies of her parents, she finds Marco Leone inside the safe, with half of his face consumed by the Blood, tied to an invisible chain made of blood on his neck, being kept as a pet by The Devil itself.[5]
