In G-Force, every team of heroes has a cool name... What do we call you?

D-Force was formed by joining members of Team Ember, Team H, new recruit Beatrice Portinari and later occultist Dante in Paranormal Order: Deconjuration, with the primary role of investigating and rescuing a veteran agent of the Ordo Realitas, Elizabeth Webber, who mysteriously disappeared while conducting a one-on-one investigation and training a new agent, Gustavo Dohmer.

After rescuing Elizabeth in the St. Menefreda Orphanage, end up being intercepted by Gal and the Escribes, who execute the recently rescued agent, starting the team's new objective, to prevent the Deconjuration Order.

Characteristics[]

The only common characteristic that the members of this team share is that they were the first agents, with the exception of Tristan Monteiro and Elizabeth Webber, to strengthen themselves using means that only occultists used, becoming paranormally more tough, intelligent and skilled, originally with the help of Agatha Volkomenn and later on account of own.

History[]

Elizabeth Webber Rescue[]

The team was originally formed to investigate the disappearance of Elizabeth Webber, a senior agent of the Order who had mysteriously disappeared while investigating the Deconjuration Order alone.[2] After an investigation in the New Dawn Building, it was discovered that Elizabeth had been kidnapped by a group of occultists known as Escribes and was being held in St. Menefreda Orphanage. The agents, with the exception of Erin and Fernando and with the help of Dante, go to the Orphanage, where they fight several battles against Escribes and creatures, until finally find Elizabeth and start fleeing the scene.

During the rescue, the team is intercepted by Gal and the Escribes. Gal, like other members of this cult, was one of the children who grew up in the same orphanage as two of the staff,[3] Beatrice Portinari and Dante. All the Escribes were blind and had their bodies covered in tattoos, and one of them stood out among the rest, a man identical to Leonardo Gomes, who had died in Dante's arms in early 2020, being called by all of "Kian".

Gal says that all there are "pieces" that had a destiny already mapped out, and that he expected the agents to be stronger. The agents try to advance towards Gal, but are stopped by a woman holding two fans, who uses a paralysis ritual on everyone. Gal says that while the agents still have a long way to go to complete their destinies, someone had already completed their role in the Deconjuration. He then walks up to Elizabeth and uses a Mind Control Ritual on Joui, who, unable to control himself, kneels on the ground and hands him his katana. The Escribe then plunges the sword into Elizabeth's chest, killing her in front of everyone, and orders the rest of the agents to be taken to their cells.

In the cells, Kaiser has a conversation with an old childhood friend, Bruno, who also grew up in that orphanage and had become a Escribe. After having an argument, Bruno, leaving the cell, informs Kaiser that Leonardo Gomes had been adopted once. Some time passes and the arrested agents are rescued by Erin and Fernando, who after a long adventure got a map with the location of the Orphanage.

Leonardo Gomes' Past[]

Returning to the Order's base, the agents report the results of their investigation and their encounter with the Escribes, discovering that they were one of the oldest known occult cults, having records dating back to over 4000 years ago, and that the current leader of the Order, Mr. Verity, had previously faced this same group of occultists and thought he had executed Virgílio, vessel of Kian at the time, during an investigation in 2002.[4]

Unexpectedly, in the middle of the meeting, the cells that held the occultists in the Order begin to open, an alarm starts to sound, and large metal doors slam shut across the base. Mr. Verity says that the base is being invaded, and when opening the door that led to the main hall, the team is faced with a group of masked people scattered around the base, one of them with a sword in his hand. neck of Ivete. Standing among them is a woman with black skin and dark braided hair, wearing a mask marked with a symbol on the forehead and an expression of despair. The masked woman gently raises her hand, and reality around the agents begins to distort, until all of the team members, with the exception of Joui Jouki and Tristan Monteiro, find themselves in one place. totally empty where the masks offer you the chance to ask a question. After Beatrice accidentally asks a question, most of the agents wake up in their homes the next day, with the exception of Dante, who wakes up in the Order's medical wing.

After researching the adoption of Leonardo Gomes, Kaiser discovers that Leonardo had been adopted in 2005 by a couple who lived in Canadense in the Blue Condominium, 11th Street, 27th House for about two months before having his adoption revoked for abandonment returning to orphanage unrecognizable with physical and psychological trauma.[5] After gearing up at the the Order's base, the agents prepare for their next mission, investigating Leonardo Gomes' past at his adopted home, the Devilish Mansion.

Upon arriving at the site, the team is faced with an abandoned two-story mansion with dirty cracked and dusty walls on the outside, inside several paranormal properties are noticed, such as a functional electrical system where only light bulbs do not work,[6] rooms that change according to specific conditions,[7][8] an abnormal resistance in doors and furniture preventing them from being damaged or forced open, and a mysterious blood-like liquid in the house's plumbing, in addition to being haunted by several paranormal entities. One of these entities is the Traveler, an invisible creature that only appears when recorded in photographs and feeds on memories, responsible for the murder of Tristan Monteiro[9] and Orpheu,[10] which consequently turned Beatrice Portinari into a Existed.

During the investigation several important things were discovered, another man showed constant interest in adopting Leonardo Gomes, a professor at a renowned university, who was later discovered to be Álvaro Augusto, also called "Tirigan". Leonardo was also discovered to have an adopted brother, Frederico Mare, and according to Fred's account, "Tirigan"[11] performed rituals on Leonardo, making him a completely different person and too eloquent for just 9 years except in the presence of his parents, when he pretended to be just a normal child, and another ritual was performed in a place that looked like some kind of ancient pyramid, which altered Leonardo's appearance.[12]

During the investigation it was also discovered that other vessels of Kian were related to the mansion, Mandraque Ângelo and Virgílio Scelto. Mandraque was an architect and vessel of Kian, who at some point married Vanessa Ângelo, and was responsible for designing the Devilish Mansion. And Virgílio, together with his brother, Nestor Scelto, were neighbors of Vanessa and Mandraque. Around the age of 22, Virgílio was hired as a guard at the condominium. At a certain point, he and his brother began to hear several screams coming from their neighbors' houses, and Virgílio decided that he would go in alone in order to find out what was going on in that house. After entering the house, Virgílio is kidnapped by Vanessa, who turns him into Kian's vessel.

With the conclusion of the investigation in the Devilish Mansion, Joui requests that before returning to the base of the Order they visit the cemetery where Elizabeth and Thiago are buried, after a period of mourning in the place, the shadows of the place begin to distort and from them some members of the Sect of the Masks, Joui then gives all his equipment except his sword to Kaiser, takes a black mask out of his backpack and says goodbye with a smile on his face, joining the sect and leaving his team back, saying he did it as a deal with the sect to keep the team safe.

Final Day of Deconjuration[]

When returning to the base with the departure of Joui, Kaiser finds a last letter that was left by Joui, some agents transcend in Agatha's room, and finally they run into Mia, who had sent messages to the agents, saying she had found an important document for the investigation, the notebook of Arnaldo Fritz. After the agents read the notebook full of notes about Kian and the Deconjuration Order, Arthur receives a desperate call from Hugo. The agents then leave again towards Devilish Mansion, where they are interrupted by Henri with Enpap-X. After fighting Enpap, the team is distracted while trying to save Erin, who had been injured in the fight, and do not notice Henri taking Kaiser, who was passed out on the ground, as a hostage. Before Henri finishes Kaiser, the team is saved by Bruno and Clara.

Bruno begins to explain the situation and Clara speaks up, declaring herself a former agent of the Order and offering to heal the team's injuries, and so the two together explain the little who know about the Deconjuration Order, the maddening truth of Kian, and Arnaldo Fritz's obsessive involvement with Kian, as well as how it was being prepared for today, the "final day of the Deconjuration", a rite of Passage performed by Anthony Scelto, current Tirigan, with the assistance of Gal, in the underground below the Mansion.

While the agents listened to the occultists, Henri regains consciousness and quickly gets up, with a strange armor formed by his own blood, stabbing Clara consecutively, killing her with no reaction time and starting a fight against Bruno and agents, marking multiple agents and himself with a ritual that caused all those marked with the symbol to be injured when any one of them was attacked, threatening to cut his own throat if the agents didn't let him get away, killing all the Markeds. The team, left with no option, let Henri get away.

The agents, along with Bruno, go to the Passage Halls, where they find Anthony Scelto next to a macabre Existeda with a huge mouth, called Sukkalgir. Anthony says that Sukkalgir will chase the agents through the halls, and will devour their minds if they catch them, Anthony says that to reach him, the agents will have to rescue the neighboring children who are trapped by the halls to get the keys. After fighting some Escribes, the team rescues Hugo, Eduarda and Cassiano, using their keys to open the door to the Hall of the Passage, where Anthony gives them various information about the Markeds, Kian and the location of Gal and Tim, also revealing to be actually a fusion by Anthony Scelto and Álvaro Augusto. Anthony pushes Sukkalgir into a giant symbol drawn with chalk and paper on the floor, transforming her into an ethereal form of pure energy. After a fight against the entity, Erin ends up going crazy in the monster's final attack and Anthony is killed shortly after revealing that Tim Flom, the last missing child, was with Gal and Kian in the St. Menefreda Orphanage preparing him for a ritual.

After the fight, agents Kaiser and Arthur are attracted to the Transcend Symbol on the opposite side of the room, and after the completion of the ritual both had reached 50% Paranormal Exposure, having changes in their physical appearance when connecting with their Mark. Hearing the voices of Bruno and the children above, the agents return to the surface and head towards the Order's base to restock their supplies, getting the children to safety, but before go to Orphanage, Hugo, one of the newly saved children, asks Kaiser what his team's name was, who responds by saying D-Force, a reference to the fictional comic book series G-Force, replacing the "G" with "D" from Deconjuration.

Heading towards Orphanage, the agents find in the center of the orphanage's courtyard, Gal, holding a pair of dual blades chained to his arms, accompanied by Tim Flom and Kian, at the next to the orphanage's burned tree that was now "decked" with the missing hanged bodies of Elizabeth Webber, Tristan Monteiro, Beatrice Portinari and Orpheu.

The Team engages in an uphill battle against Gal, who barely moves through combat and flings agents around the area until eventually disappears and reappears behind Arthur delivering a killing blow that is parried by Mr. Verity, who arrived as a backup along with Team Spies and Aaron, who join the fight. Moments after force Clarissa to murder her teammates, Samantha and Alexia, he disappears and reappears again, this time behind Erin digging the blades into her torso and suspending her in the air, who in her last act alive, explodes with one of her grenades, which results in a chain reaction, hitting and leaving Gal badly injured, barely able to move.

And with that, the agents realize that the whole time Gal's objective was not to kill everyone there, but to draw a Transcend Symbol on the ground, which, after complete, begins to call for Luciano Carvalho who had reached 50% Paranormal Exposure. In transcending Luciano has a revelation, that all the time since he participated in that ritual at the beginning of the year, he had been chosen as the vessel of consciousness for Kian, and her husband Fernando Carvalho, had assumed the Disgraced Countenance, but upon reaching the 50% mark, Kian awakens taking control of Luciano's body, returning as a Marked just as written in the Deconjuration Order prophecy. Kian, now in Luciano's body, explains his motives, saying that since the Other Side is invoked by the memories of those who know it, it is necessary to annihilate everyone who knows the paranormal, ending it permanently, this is the Calamity mentioned in the Deconjuration Order. Kian makes an alliance proposal to the Markeds present to help him in the Calamity, ending the paranormal once and for all, and as a demonstration he uses a Unexist Ritual to erase Bruno, and moments then he kisses Fernando goodbye, killing him with the Deadly Touch Ritual.

During all this, Kaiser begins to hear distant whispers approaching, until the Sect of the Masks manifests itself, but Kian quickly casts a Reject the Fog ritual, affecting D-Force and all rituals in the place, preventing the Sect from saving everyone there easily, Kaiser uses his Cineraria Ritual, causing an effect contrary to Kian's, causing the Sect to save everyone there, with the exception of Kaiser who sacrifices himself by staying in place to keep his ritual active, having the same fate as his childhood friend, Bruno.

With the agents now safe in the Order's base, thanks to the Despair Mask. Verity and the Sect Leader meet with the two surviving agents, Verity again opens the vault behind the Colosseum painting, this time lifting a book with a black cover with gold details. He says the book is the life's work of Arnaldo Fritz, who spent much of his life researching the Relics of Calamity, even encountering one at some point in his life. The Masks explain that the relics are paranormal objects of immeasurable power, granting the bearer power equivalent to 100% Paranormal Exposure. Verity says that Kian and the Order will recruit their own Markeds to seek the Hallows, causing a two-sided war for the power of Calamity.
