Caio Leal
Caio Leal is a character present in The Crimson Aurora Thorns' mission. He is a veteran agent of Ordo Realitas, being in charge of the recruits' mission in the town of Aurora.[1]
Appearance[]
Caio is a 30-year-old black man with a spiky dark brown hair, shaved on the sides, black eyes and a beard following up to the chin, plus a piercing above the left eye. He wears a brown shirt underneath a green coat with brown accents, several yellow buckles around his left thigh and a pair of black pants and sneakers, plus a sheath for his sword on his back. He also wears a fingerless glove on his right hand and a bead bracelet, made by his daughter, on the left.
Personality[]
Caio is competent and dedicated to his work as an agent, as well as sociable and friendly. By his experience in his role, Caio is smart and very communicative, enjoying making jokes to relax tense environments, and knowing how to analyze people, using it to evaluate their recruits for the Order.

Past[]
Caio was born about an unknown date in 1992. Over time, Caio became an experienced agent of Ordo Realitas, being even the champion of a pool doubles tournament of the organization, along with his former companion Tristan Monteiro, who died in the service of the Order.
At one point in his life, Caio had a daughter with an unknown woman.
The Crimson Aurora Thorns[]
After seven mysterious disappearances in the city of Aurora, the local police officer Larissa Ribeiro contacts Ordo Realitas, that sends a group of recruits with Caio as a veteran member to help them during the mission.
In the mission's canonical events, when Larissa is ambushed by two Blood Zombies, Caio jumps in front of the policewoman to protect her and ends up being hit in the carotid, dying soon after.[2]

- Since the mission can be done with different masters, the event of his death can be changed as the master sees fit at his table.
- Caio had a non-canonical appearance in the mission The Hands Who Welcome Us, from the Paranormal Cases, where he delivers the case to the recruit agents early in the story.[3]
