Alice Cruzes was an employee of Panacea Industries, presented in Paranormal Order: Quarantine as the director of Igneus Station.
She was the coordinator responsible for the capture and scientific research about the Main Product, supplemented by a simultaneous experiment of the I-413 in the fight against the paranormal.[1]

Little is known about her past, but at an unknown time in her life, Alice together with her husband and son, Micael Cruzes joined Panacea Industries.
Quarantine[]
In the future, Alice became the director of Igneus Station, place used as the center of operations of Panacea Industries to combat the paranormal, being complemented by the development of "weapons" by the director, Noah Bergman in the Glacius Station installations that would be used to combat the Main Product researched.[2]
During the research process, in the meeting room, the place was used to evaluate the progress of the mission and research in relation to the creature, being developed several products to confront the Main Product:
